About IPIE

The International Panel on the Information Environment (IPIE) is an independent global organization dedicated to providing actionable scientific knowledge on threats to our information landscape. With contributions from hundreds of leading scientists worldwide, the IPIE empowers policymakers, industry leaders, and civil society with invaluable insights for a better global information environment. The IPIE was publicly launched at the Nobel Prize Summit in May 2023 and has its legal domicile as a non-profit organization in Zürich, Switzerland.

The IPIE is led by a Board of Trustees and Committees and Scientific Panels implement research mandates.
