About the Event:

Join the International Panel on the Information Environment (IPIE) for a vital conversation on trust and resilience in today’s global information environment. With critical elections worldwide, urgent climate challenges, and big questions about the impact of AI on public life, this event brings together global experts to address key trends and opportunities. The event will feature in-depth discussions with leading voices in the field and offer insights into shaping a more resilient information environment for the future.

During the event, the IPIE will present new findings from its 2024 Expert Survey on the Global Information Environment. The Chairs of the IPIE’s Scientific Panel on Global Standards for AI Audits and Scientific Panel on Information Integrity about Climate Science will also summarize the progress of their consensus building deliberations. The event will serve as a platform in which the IPIE will launch its new Scientific Panel on Child Protection and Social Media and present the areas of focus under consideration for future scientific panels.
